I like this dark atmosphere...
The colors and the expressions of the child and the woman in the picture made me think it's the madness that ruins...
I love your style very much, illustration like this remind me old books with scary tale...

Era inverno a Belleville e c'erano cinque personaggi. Sei contando la lastra di ghiaccio. Sette, anzi, con il cane che aveva accompagnato il Piccolo dal panettiere. Un cane epilettico, con la lingua che gli penzolava da un lato.
